More miles on Thursday

Jeramiah brought his friend Jesse along for an afternoon ride. Rode 19 more miles for a total of 32 miles for today. I am pleased with the past month and a half. I have lost 20 lbs and have ridden 200 miles. Time to rest for a couple of days.
